The hotel location is ideal, with easy access to local towns and restaurants. the room and bathroom facilities are modern and clean. the staff is exceptional and truly make an effort to make guests feel welcome. the breakfast is one of the best French-style menus offered, with quality croissants and bread.

The hotel lacks some standard amenities such as kitchen towels and sponges in the rooms, and there is no air conditioning, causing guests to feel quite warm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the spacious and modern apartment, which had all the amenities we needed, including a Nespresso machine and a balcony overlooking the river. The location was perfect for us, as it was right next to the thermal spa center, where we enjoyed a family entry for two hours at a reasonable cost of €45. The breakfast was delicious, with high-quality croissants, bread, and confiture. The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome, especially to our young children.

The apartment was in a great location and had a nice view overlooking the river. It was clean and modern and had all the necessary amenities we needed. We enjoyed visiting the thermal spa and the entry price for the family was reasonable. The staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The spa facilities had some issues; the Jacuzzis were not warm enough and there weren't enough towels provided.
